I. Description of 5 axis CNC Welding Machine
1. 5 axis cnc welding machine is designed to weld bottoms, rod ends and bottom ends.
2. Specific requirements are as follows:
● Hydraulic cylinder length: 4000mm
● Hydraulic cylinder diameter: 40mm-250mm
3. Three jaw chuck is used to clamp the bottom ends. The spindle chuck can adapt to the big range.
4. Welding oscillator will improve welding speed and quality.
5. Continuous multi-layer welding. The interpass temperature can be controlled well during the multi-layer welding process.
6. Servo spindle motor is suitable for big range of hydraulic cylinders.
7. Reliable Japan Omron/Panasonic PLC control will be convenient to operate. The HMI control panel is installed on the left side of welding equipment, welding angle, arc igniting time, arc ending time, welding speed, oscillating parameters, torch lifting height can be preset and recalled through the interface.
8. Pneumatic tailstock is used to press and clamp hydraulic cylinder. Machine is equipped with Morse taper No5 tailstock.
